Fearless Feedback

Description
Have you ever found yourself complaining about another person? We have all been guilty of this at some juncture – it can feel validating, involve minimal risk, and often feels easier than confronting a situation head-on. However, when we complain about someone, we do not solve the issue directly which may lead to further conflict.

Join Greg Ratelle, Senior Manager of Client Care and Partnerships at Toronto Humane Society on September 21st, 2022 to dive into the concept of Fearless Feedback and how it can help transform conflict into productive engagement with co-workers, friends, or even family. For this Fearless Feedback Education Series, we will explore a better way to communicate – directly and fearlessly.
